It only makes sense right? When I took a break from abx in the summer my symptoms got so much better,
but I wasn't taking an antifungal during that time so I was sensitive to food. That was pretty much all of the sx I had at that point. I started carelessly eating sugar, coffee, sweets, for about
2 weeks then my body crashed.
Which is why I'm back on abx now

OK, based on your last post above, I'm really leaning toward yeast/fungal overgrowth - (sensitive to sugar, super dizzy, panic attacks, migraine, sinus/eye pressure). So, yes, might be a good time to pause abx and get the y/f overgrowth taken care of.
If I didn't say it before, you'll need to eliminate ALL sugars, fruits, and simple carbs for at least a few months - not forever. No antifungal tx will work if you continue to eat the fuel for yeast/fungus.
You should know pretty soon if increasing Nystatin either reduces or increases sx. Either is a pretty good indication you're on the right track. And, it's something you can do right now, fairly straightforwardly, without getting another diagnosis and testing and meds.
I'd try as hard as you can to push to higher doses of Nystatin. It's not likely but it is possible that your strain of yeast/fungus could be resistant to the Nystatin, if you were taking low doses of it. So that suggests you should switch to a different antifungal. I would try that before exporing something else.
Not to say that yeast/fungal overgrowth will solve all the problems or answer every issue but it's something that is fairly simple to solve and needs to be solved in order for ANY other tx to work. And VERY few MDs ---even Lyme specialists--- think to explore this or really understand sx or tx. It's such an obvious place to start.
