I should monitor my intake, because I did wash out too many of my electrolytes back in 2015, but I'm like The Dude in that I just drink water when I feel like it.
It seems like a lot, but not enough, at the same time. My body's holding onto a portion of it, for whatever reason.
I'm not edematous anywhere, so I don't know (my brain, perhaps). All that stool that refuses to move, probably.
I had about five 16 oz. bottles of water at school, a couple more glasses about equal to that in between tinctures, plus what I've had just for in between. A gallon, at least. More.
As for what, I can't remember the last time I drank anything that wasn't water. I mean, there's water in most drinks, right? But, I mean... yeah, just plain water, unless it's mixed with a tincture/supplement.
Teas are an option, but I don't bother, typically. I'd do vegetable juices, if I could press them myself, but a good juicer hasn't been in the budget. Coconut water, I've seen a lot, but haven't cared to try. I'm sure it has its benefits.
I'm thirsty right now.
