Thank you for taking time to reply to me. Natural anti inflammatory? Sleep seems to help me. When I’m in a very relaxed state, that helps too. But not always. Hot epsom salt baths seem to help with body pain, aches, and twitching. Didn’t know there were things for brain detoxing. I’m so new. So clueless
