Ccc-better- Thanks for all the info! I will experiment with the b2! I take a methyl b-12 with folate, but not a b2. I haven't eaten eggs for a couple years since it showed up on a food test that I'm sensitive to them, although not allergic. Lately I've been craving eggs and I tried a part of one and later had a bad stomach ache, it might just have been a coincidence but I'm not sure I want to try it again!
