Not a strong WB result for lyme.

IgM = Band 41 shows the flagella (tail) of a spirochetal infection. It's not lyme specific - other things include: Syphilis , Pinta and Yaws, Relapsing Fever.

I have read that band 58 could be a European strain of Bb.

IgG = Band 41 and 58 again.

So, only rashes? What made you consider lyme and having it tested? What is the history?
LD - as you've probably already read - should be a clinical diagnosis and testing is used for backup. So - even with a negative test result without lyme specific bands - you could still be diagnosed with LD.

I’m from Denmark and I did find a tick on me 3 years ago, but only symptoms then was a hemorrhoid and stumbling a bit over words when I was working 3rd month in a nursery(which others do as well, getting adjusted to the communication)

Okay - so you do have symptoms - muscle twitches, numbness, joint aches/knees, elbows, stiff neck.
That's more than just rashes.
...and you found a tick on you.

I'd say you've got enough going on for a LL Dr. to clinically diagnose you..

So the other symptoms have resolved without treatment?

Let’s say I got bit and the protocol works really well, is that the reason 58 is ++? Because my body has recognized it and is now producing antibodies?

I would keep on the JK and Andrographis (and CC) until you are completely symptom free for a few months.

The WB can continue to produce antibodies even once the infection is in remission. That's why we can't use the WB to test if we are in remission.

Interesting results. 3 bands on the IGM and that is interpreted negative??? I would think that would be interpreted as a pretty significant positive. I am no microbiologist though.

Yes, it is a negative result because band 30 and 58 aren't included in the lyme 'specific' bands.

Band 41 is significant though.
What's more important is the history/symptoms. ...and also the response to treatment thus far.

I am/was in a similar situation to you. I think you should step back and look at the bigger picture.

There are many of us here that do not have CDC surveillance positive test results, and many more that did not get EM rashes. I don't think we can totally be 100% sure of anything.

You are not on your own. There are tons of awesome knowledgeable people here.

You have to decide whether or not you want to pursue treatment.

If so, you have to decide what treatment: herbal only, antibiotic, alternative tick borne disease treatment modalities, and or psychiatrist.

My symptoms were degrading my life. I choose to pursue treatment.

If this LLMD you are working with did not rule out LYME/MSIDS then I would still leave it on the table and continue to treat.

I am not sure what "he discharged me" means, but does that mean he "fired" you?

If you are wanting a different / better LLMD you should start a thread asking for recommendations.

If you are wanting advice on getting better results from your herbal treatment protocol, I would suggest starting a thread of your most bothersome symptoms and your current protocol.
