Hip Bones sore to touch

I have times when my hip bones are sore to the touch. They don't ache or anything, they just feel sore and tender if I touch in spots along the bones. Does anyone else have this? What's it from?

I would be interested to know this. I have the same in my big toes...its so painful! I feel like i am being bombarded with all sorts of stuff at the moment and spend most of my time wondering if they are normal! When i wake up in the middle of the night, i feel like my body is being enveloped in some strange dragging feeling...from the inside and it makes me feel really ill for hours afterwards!? I actually feel like i am at war with my own body at the moment. Had a positive Lyme result but i have now got to wait for the doc to get the 2nd test taken yesterday (around 2 wks) before they will do anything! They will not accept the test done out of the UK!

WBF - I have just noticed that recently - but not on my hip bones.

My vertebrae...left side of my neck...I was rubbing my neck muscles...and then found point tenderness on the bone.

It comes and goes...so I'm just not going to worry about it. I figure if there was something wrong - it would be sore to touch 24/7. Ignorance is bliss (kind of?)

Got enough on my plate to add another thing to worry about... cry

I frequently get bone tenderness all over. Common places being my cervical vertebrae, various parts of my skull, and shoulder blades. Its pretty annoying, but I think its just another symptom. It always goes away eventually.

My hips tend to be sore to the touch too, one more than the other. My first LLMD poked me in various places and called it fibromyalgia. I have no idea.

I have a lot of bone pain -- hips, ribs, eye sockets, tailbone, SI Joint. I think it's all Lyme, and the inflammation Lyme and die-off creates certain doesn't help. Like Girlie, mine comes and goes.

Oh that reminded me of my tailbone pain - it came on after I started treatment and lasted for over a year!

it left after I treated Bartonella for awhile.

I haven't treated Bart yet, and have read that Bart can cause bone pain (not that it can't just be Lyme). So, it's helpful to know that, Girlie.

I got early Osteoporosis/Osteopenia with breaks first and a dexa scan showed degeneration in L2/3 but the pain in the toes etc are different....my tests showed an indication that i may need further testing for R.A etc, so maybe it is that? Jeeez, we all deserve medals for bravery and ongoing tenacity!

I have some bone pain also. My inner elbow pain and sometimes the right hip. Also collar bone. All on and off though.
