can you ever get rid of it .or are we talking LOTS more DR.bills that have to be paid out of pocket

How do you know you have too many histamines? by symptoms? or a test?

Girlie I went to LLMD symptons She took her finger nail and scratch me . not hard but left a red line also my ANXIETY has been through the roof . so she put me on some histamines and they seem to help.

Quercitin works very well for this. I notice when I don't take it more stuffiness.

It is called dermatagraphia. I have this as well and take antihistamines for it which works great. I am not sure if it is from antibiotics or Lyme.
Have you been on antibiotics?
