Unfortunately there isn't a good, reliable test to gauge when you're finished treatment...and in remission.
This is gauged by symptom resolution.
Some detox ideas:
- Make sure you're drinking plenty of water every day.
- You can add some fresh lemon juice into some glasses
- Take a GI binder (eg. Activated Charcoal) - to be taken a couple hours away from EVERYTHING else.
- Protect your gut - with daily probiotics
- Support your liver - eg. Milk Thistle Seed Extract OR Pekana Apo-Hepat
- take warm epsom salt baths
- Dry brush your skin prior to baths.
- Take a brain detox: EG. Nutramedix Pinella OR Jernigan's Neuro-Antitox II - CNS/PNS
Start with a couple methods...and gradually build on your list - you will want to do multiple methods on a daily basis.
Probiotics - are a must right away...
