Hi Uriah -
I'm so sorry you're dealing with all this. I've lost coult of how many people have similar dismissals from woefully uninformed/disinformed and negligent MDs.
I'm not sure about
the "1.41H Lyme AB screen" - maybe someone else can comment on that.
Your WB is also not real helpful - neither 41 nor 45 are "Lyme specific" meaning other cross-reactions can cause those bands to show up.
You might need to retest - depending on which Lyme specialist you can get into. A good practitioner will diagnose based on sx and exposure, NOT any test (since these tests are only 50% accurate).
You can email any of the mods (Girlie, goshawk, astroman or me) and we can make some suggestions for specialists in your area - let us know which metro area you're closest to - just click on the envelope icon beneath our screen name to the left - it will bring up a profile page with an email address.
Also, you can post a new thread or change the title to this one with "Looking for an LLMD in _________" and indicate your area - you might get personally recommendations from other patients.
You can go to The Lyme Disease Association and search for LLMD's three times in a month. You have to register first. Here is the link:

ILADS has their own referral system as well:
ilads.org/ilads_media/physician-referral/And
www.LymeDoc.orgYou will want to find an ILADS trained doctor, as ID Docs (Infectious Disease Doctors) as well as many others believe Lyme is hard to catch and easy to treat, and don't believe in the reality of chronic Lyme--they adhere dogmatically to the IDSA and very narrow definition of Lyme and limited treatment. Go to the ILADS site to read the new (2014) Treatment guidelines to get you started on your healing journey:

I haven't tried this but it seems promising as a way to get immediate help and for interim support - although surely limited in actual treatment.
