I think the best is Dr m in Fond du lac.-he is an LLMD. His Clinic is called Fox Valley Wellness which you can google

I believe he also has lyme

Woodduck, why are you looking for a GP? If you have lyme I recommend you looking for a doctor that is trained in lyme disease. That would be a doctor called a LLMD - Lyme Literate Medical Doctor.

There are naturopaths and herbalists that can be trained in lyme disease. If you can find an herb shop, they generally know of the holistic type doctors in the area.

None of the doctors at Fox Valley Wellness take insurance. That is certainly not a place to go if money if an issue. You can try Serenity Health Care in Waukesha. None of the MDs accept insurance. However, there is a Lyme literate nurse practitioner who does accept insurance. If your case isn't too complicated, I'd go see her.

There has been a long time rule here, similar to other lyme forums to not spell out Drs names. It can be shared via e-mail.

I am in SE WI. Just went to SH in Waukesha. They say they now accept Blue Cross Blue Shield Anthem. They are submitting everything through my insurance. However, when I look them up in my provider directory they do not come up. I am skeptical that most won't be covered. I can let you know in a few weeks when I start to see the claims come through.

Sometimes if the Dr is not covered, Rx meds still are.
