I don't use a rebounder - I do warm up on my Elitipical - but usually just 3 days a week when I do my cardio.
The foot pain is fine now - hasn't come back with wearing the socks.
I should experiment and go to bed without the socks tonight..
When i was having the pain, it only lasted for a few minutes...by the time I walked down the hall, down the stairs and into the kitchen, the pain was almost gone.
