Maybe it wouldn't make much difference, but do you live near an Urgent Care (UC) clinic, versus a full-blown Emergency Room (ER)? I find UC clinics to be faster, friendlier, and more cost-effective than an ER, most of the time.
Before I read everyone else's responses, my first thought was you likely need some I.V. fluids, due to dehydration. Please keep your safety and your health foremost in mind.
If you go to UC or ER, bring your meds and keep them in your pocket/purse and don't mention them to anyone. If possible, smuggle a small bottle of water with you - at least enough to take your meds. Or, less ideal, you can ask to go the bathroom and drink from the sink. When I go the ER, I always bring a LÄRABAR with me, because I know I will get hungry, as they keep me there for hours. I also bring earplugs, a jacket, iPod, hat, and sunglasses, since often I go for Migraines and it's cold and loud in there.
It's better to get help that's not needed, versus not getting help when you do need it!
I hope you feel better soon. Please update us, when you're able.
Sincerely,
The Dude
