Hi, All:
I was diagnosed with Lyme, Bartonella and Babesia in September of 2016. I treated with Dr. J in DC beginning in December 2016 and was put on a heavy antibiotic regimen. This last October, I felt I couldn't continue with all the antibiotics and took myself off. At the time, most of my symptoms had gone away.
Then, in late November, I caught pneumonia. I'm now almost over the pneumonia but many of my Lyme symptoms have come back unfortunately; mostly twitching, muscle and joint pain and fatigue.
I really don't want to go back on antibiotics, if I can avoid it, so I would really appreciate any suggestions of health care providers in the Northern Virginia/DC area that focus treatment more on alternatives to antibiotics. Thanks so much.

Here is a list of Buhner recommended herbalists --

If you find one close maybe they know of alternative physicians in the area.
I found one of my docs through a local herbs shop.

PeteZa: Thanks for the list. There is one practitioner in Virginia, so that may be an option.
Girlie and yancync: Thanks for reaching out. I sent you both an email.

I have names too. Did a lot of asking around for experiences here over the past few months. Feel free to email me.
