looking for LLMD in North Carolina

Hello all,
I am looking to find an LLMD that will take government insurance in North Carolina. This is for a severe case that is already suffering from (periodic) Lyme induced psychosis.

If you are aware of one, please let me know here or through an email.

Here are some search options but you will have to call each on individually to see what insurance they take. Otherwise enable your email so other members can contact you. We only use initials of doctors on this forum.

What part of NC? I know of a good one in Chapel Hill. There's one in Asheville too I think. The CH one has a good reputation. DR S R.

You could consider driving to DC too (Jemsek Clinic), not a bad drive.

I have been emailing with elan. I also mentioned Dr. J. (because of the severity of her symptoms) Great minds think alike? wink

There is also another really good LLMD in Chapel Hill I see. Dr. JF. She does not take insurance however as many of them don't. I haven't heard of any LLMDs around here that take any insurance. I too would love to see one that does. Does Dr. J take insurance?

Dr J in DC does not take insurance.
