Bowel discomfort?

I've been on doxy, azithromycin and tinidazole for almost 2 weeks now. Untill the 12 day, i didn't experience anything beyond more headaches or weakness, that i was able to deal with. But since the 12th day, i started having some kind of bowel discomfort or bowel tightness, it feels like a mild, but still noticeable burning. It started after i took a probiotic at 12 pm, not an antibiotic, but i'm not sure. I see people have taken abx for years, so hopefully i won't have to stop because of this discomfort, but did any of you on long term abx experience anything like this and could it be a symptom of abx disrupting my gut flora or maybe candida overgrowth?


I should note that i've had this kind of bowel discomfort half a year ago without ever taking any medication, let alone abx. And i remember the discomfort got significantly worse when i would drink a lot of alcohool. The discomfort lasted for about 2 weeks and i was in the hospital.

I never drink. In fact, it was a wedding, for which i was invited and i drank a lot that particular night. Though, i've had this type of discomfort for a few days before that wedding. But by the time i went to the wedding, it kind of stopped and reactivated when i began to drink heavily wine and champagne.

It is not constipation. I probably didn't explain it good enough, but the discomfort is located around my belly button, so i assume it is related to bowel/gut.

Even though, i never had blood in my stool, but what i had, even just recently, were some kind of reddish/brownish "things" in it. At first, i thought maybe it was blood, but then i googled and it turns out it was a parasite(?).
