Numb weak face

about a week ago I had numbness or tingling in both my cheeks, then it turned into sore cheek muscles, and then my cheeks got tired/felt funky when reading to my children. Since then it has felt funky around my lips too.

Now the corners of my mouth are feeling tingly.

Any thoughts? Anyone else have this?

I had similar, but not identical symptoms. Center section of lips and tip of tongue were tingly and somewhat numb. This occurred along with a number of neuro lyme symptoms. 4-5 months of minocycline cleared it up.

It sounds like it's part of the facial palsy that lyme can cause when it affects the cranial nerves.

I had some numbness, tingling and a bit of pain on the left side of my face early on...but it's gone now.

Hello. Not tingling for me, but I get what I describe as lazy face. It feels like I'm not moving my lips that much and it even changes my speech a bit to where I'm mumbling. This comes and goes for me. I've had bell's palsy in the past.
