Did you try higher doses of those supplements you listed?
With Sam-e and gaba, its usually they both work, or both dont. That does not mean that 5-HTP wont work though.
Lithium Orotate- 5mg is another to try, its a salt version of the mineral itself, not the Rx one.
Low thyroid can lead to depression and low motivation/tiredness, and you need all tested: free T4, FreeT3 and TSH. Do not settle for only a tsh test- never!. These infections can lead to hypo (low) thyroid.
Ever try a red bull? Not joking, its different than other energy drinks. It can have positive effects from the amino acids and B vitamins in it. It actually has less caffeine than the same oz of coffee, and wont kill you LOL- people who think so are clueless. If it works, that means some combo of these ingredients in capsule form might be the answer- for now. Caffeine is still hard on adrenals though when were sick.
