That is a great link RedLabel posted. I take Vitamins C and D, a good multi, probiotic, try to get some good sleep, detox, light exercise.
Current herbs I'm focusing on (though do add in others) are Houttinaya, JK and sida acute.
I also use some essential oils for sleep, detox and muscle pain.
