New LTT test resulats , please advaice.

What are the reference ranges on this test? In other words, what's considered positive and what's negative?

Have you had a Western Blot done? That will show bands that you have reacted to and is often preferred by patients so that we can see these bands, because there are some that if you react to that band, there is no doubt you have Lyme, as they are bands that only Lyme disease bacteria produce those antibodies.

The problem with antibody tests though is that the body has to have a well enough functioning immune system to produce those needed antibodies - and that doesn't always happen with Lyme. Also, the longer the person has had these infections, the less likely they will be to get a positive test. That's because the Lyme bacteria doesn't live in the bloodstream, where the immune system can get to it and produce those antibodies - the Lyme bacteria quickly goes into tissues and organs to protect itself from the immune system - and so no or very little antibodies are produced.

Its LTT test from gernamny very common in europe

Googling, I found this for the Elispot. Is the LTT test the same as the Elispot?

If that applies to your results...then you are indeed POSITIVE.
