Good afternoon everyone. I just started Buhner’s Core Protocols for Lyme and Babesia. In the meantime, does anyone have any recommendations for extreme knee joint pain? Thanks, Clam Digger.

I don't know the dose of the EFA's but it's a lot more than what's listed on the bottle...hopefully someone will post about it.

Curcumin - If i'm remembering correctly it was 500 mg twice daily that I took...or maybe 500 once daily...sorry....not sure about that one either.

DMSO followed by Arnica Montana as a topical "chaser".

Dont be afraid of it.

Its an Rx in Europe, our FDA hates natural remedies which cant be patented.

i mix boswelia cap in dmso and apply ....also str8 franenscence eo ....and or bee venom cream (venex)
