OK so I'm gonna try to make this quick seeing as its Saturday night and I actually feel good enough to have another couple over to hang out with us for a few (doesn't happen often thee days)

So after last Docs visit we switched up my herbals to Teasel Root 3x a day, Takuna (for virals) 2x a day, and the Burb-Pinnella 2-3x day. So my question is, I cant find any info out there on how to take these. Meaning...

Inbetween meals on empty stomache or with food? and does this matter?
Take one right after the other or leave time between each herbal?
Between meals I take all my amino supps and my Artemisinin (pulsing each week), so can I take my herbals at the same time as those guys if I do em between meals or space those out too?
Fewwww theres not that much time in a day to space all this out.(and this the least amount of stuff ive been on at one time) LOL

Last but not least when says to put in water and wait a minute before taking so the alcohol can evaporate, do I have to do that? I mean I dont care about the alcohol so... can I suck it down or is it better to wait the minute?

I was told not to mix them all together, but nobody seems to have an opinion on much more than that.

I know its saturday night and hopefully Im not the only one whos gonna try to atleast have a little fun tonight so please, these are not the end of the world questions, so dont rush to answer.

From what I've read one minute in room temperature water won't get rid of the alcohol.

But, it is a small amount anyway.

I know Buhner - states his herbs can be taken before each meal.
I would think Teasel would be the same.

I actually take burbur and pinella anytime - when I need it....empty stomach...before meals..after meals..

Some amino acids should be taken on empty stomach - which means an hour before or two hours after meals. So check on those. A LLND told me to take L-Glutamine in an empty stomach...and there was another one...sorry, I can't remember.

You can take Artemisinin right before your meals, too...they don't need to be on empty stomach (that's what my LLND told me)

Yes all my aminos are taken between meals . And I guess I don't have to wait a full minute if it doesn't affect anything. I don't care if the alcohol is evaporated or not just as long as nothing affects the potency of the herb, so..... bottoms up!

Anybody have any idea if its ok to take one liquid herbal right after another or should they be spaced out? I would like to get them all over right away if possible.

Buhner's herbs can all be put in a small amount of water together and down the hatch.

So what do you have that's liquid? Teasel, Takuna and burbur/pinella? is that it?





when I was doing the buhner herbs - for eg. CSA, JK, houttuynia, hawthorne - I would put them in a small amount of water together just before my meals.
The pinella /burbur for detox I took at a different time. Not sure if that was necessary though.

Yes that's it just the 3. Teasel, Takuna and B-Pinella. I know it doesn't seem like a lot but if they need to be separated from other supps and food and each other then it gets tricky.

I was told by my LLMD to not mix em all together. So far today I took your advice and just had them one after they other before meals and alls been good. It really wasn't a question of making me feel bad it was a question of and I getting proper absorption or maximum potency. These things are way to expensive and I am way to ill to waste em.

Well if your LLMD said NOT to mix them - maybe there's a good reason not to.

I know the Burbur/Pinella says to wait a minute after putting them in the water before taking...

I think that one you might want to take alone....maybe in between meals

Yes, it was a lot of fun. Several people from my childhood I hadn't seen in a long time - including the party girl's friends - a married couple who are in their late 80's - still living independently and sharp as tacks.

Maybe it's the Newfoundland air (where they're from)
