Dr. G in Basking Ridge NJ

Hello everyone,
I am new to post here but have been reading posts for a few months. I was diagnosed in Dec. 17 with Lyme after about two years of seeing many doctors including PCP, rheumatologist, neurologist, orthopedic and ERs.

I have similar story as many here with symptoms of fatigue, anxiety, lymph nodes, joint pain, off balance, numbness, sweating, and difficulty sleeping just to mention a few.

All previous labs came back negative for Lyme. I was given a name of a LLMD in Basking Ridge NJ of Dr G. She did labs and they came back positive with IGM 41and 34. I started oral Abx of Ceflin 500 mg twice daily. I have started some of the detoxing talked about here, as with diet changes. I have seen minor improvements but some days are worse than others. I am still new to figuring things out. I would like to know what other members have had experienced with Dr G and her practices.

I live in Eastern PA, was considering Dr G however opted not too, due to the mixed reviews and seems like she does a 'minimal approach' to treatment

i then started with another LLMD in Exton, PA; who is very personable and sharp, however, also does a minimal approach to treatment, so i cannot recommend them either.

I was considering Dr F or Dr SS in NJ. however now i am leaning toward Dr J in DC.

Chandler, i am in the same boat as you, misdiagnosed for a little under two years. just diagnosed properly in January 2018 and started treatment.

if you are in the tri-state area don't screw around and go to Dr. J in DC he's the best around here. their approach is consistent and successful.

don't expect a quick fix average length of treatment is 9-15 months and quite boring kinda like a retirement investment manager ;o)

all you care about is results and Dr. J has 3000 active patients across 30 countries. can't argue with that.

FYI Dr. J is pure abx.
