Rife machine questions

I recently purchased an EMEM rife machine and started using it last week. My question is how do I know if it is working??

I have not had any herx reactions? Is that normal? Should I be experiencing something? Will I eventually feel a difference or is it just not going to work for me?

I have spent about 8 hours on it total and have tried treating various things such as Lyme, bartonella and thrush, but I feel nothing.

Could I possibly be using it wrong? I try to hold on as tight as possible but sometimes my hands get numb and I just have to release a little bit. I can still feel it, just not as powerful. Is it better to hold on as tight as possible and lower the intensity instead?

Well, I am half asleep so I hope this is making sense. I would greatly appreciate any input.

I do have one more question. I have been reading about the coil rife machine and am wondering if that is better than the EMEM machine. Is there a huge difference between the two?

You dont' have to hold on. EMEM's are radiant machines, just sit in front of it.

I was told to start slow and build up my time, which I did. I did not herx much in the beginning. After a few treatments the herxing started, but it was delayed a day or two. Now I herx immediatly.

Is the light on in the tube when your machine is on?? With my machine I have to flip a switch on the box and also turn on the little blue box where you set the frequencies. The first time I forgot to turn on the frequency generator.

Also, your lyme may be in cyst form right now and the rife machines can't kill them in that form. Have you recently gone off abx? If so, then chances are, at least some of your germs are still in thier protective cyst form and it will take a while for them to go back to spirochette form where the rife can get them.

It's better to be off antibiotics when rifing in order for them to come out of the cyst form for the rife to kill them. But you are right that you should herx from some of the other things. When I rife for just yeast or just bart, I get herx reactions.

I just got my EMEM machine and the builder sent a list of frequencies with it. do either of you do all of the frequencies in a row or just try one at a time and how long do you do it for as I am just starting off. Also can you use the other listed frequencies for other ailments on the same day?
