Hello! Its again me. Could you please advice me on what is the optimal schedule far taking Flagil? 10days take- inject and 10 days break? or 14-abs 14 days? Or maybe twice a week, Sat and Sun? (from 30.03 Flagyl 500* 2 till 07.04; Doxy from 03.04 - 100*2, today 200*2; Azitro in plans from 12.04 +Doxy). Now i feel a strong polyneuropathy in arms and legs, as electric shocks. But i understand that only Flagyk can kill cysts after antibiotics. My doc decided only 7-10 days in start of antibiotic therapy.

The Flagyl is IV?


I take it orally for cyst busting. I take it two days in a row (Th/F) one week every 3-4 weeks.
So, basically two days a month (or two days every 3 weeks)

I think 2 days a week would be better than 10 days on and 10 days off if you're using it for cyst busting.

I'm not sure what that means ? ^^

Flagyl busts open the cysts...and then the other antibiotics mop them up.

Girlie, thanx a lot! Ah, i thought before that Flagyl has bactericidal effect for cysts and destroysmile))

It most likely can kill spirochetes too, but as far as I know it’s primary purpose is to bust the cysts.
