Yes - you could be herxing from the minocycline.

Sorry you are suffering this Oriol.... It could be a herx from minocycline, I honestly thought I was dying too and took myself to hospital four times in a month only to be told the same as you.

Just remember it will get better, it does exist here in Spain and you are not crazy!!

i think some people do not really deserve to be doctors. the demand for health care practitioners was and still is very high so all sorts of people, some with very low IQ and some that are simply just interested in making money and nothing else, have ended up doctors... so spain is in schengen area but ticks are not able to cross because border guards will stop them when they cross from france huh ?

what about when u go hunting in germany 3 years in the past, u develop some odd case of "flu" , get past it then fast forward 3 years u are in spain and very sick and u don't know what happened ?!

doctors are talking about lyme as if they are talking about crocodiles. u cannot be bitten by crocodiles in spain because they do not exist... and if u were bitten in say africa, then u probably would remember it ...

it's all pathetic. we deserve this punishment with chronic lyme, we live in a society driven by morons. doctors want to just cash in $$ and have easy cases. but u know what, there is a catch for this, AI will soon replace many of these doctors. if your job is too easy, if all you do at work is give ibuprofen for people that come in with a flu.... you will soon be replaced by a machine ... remember this and try to excel at what you do if u are young and want to still have a job 20 years from now...

Yes this can just be from the minocycline.. I went to the ER convinced i had encephalitis just to get pretty much laghed at by the doctors. Whatever it was It started to go away after a few weeks
