I'm kinda babbling here. My experience with 25-30 years of lyme was that it worsened in times of more stress.
Since I seem to be in remission, I really try to avoid overdoing it with stress and expectations ect. We live in a 24/7 "overdoing it" society, many can relate lol, so avoiding this is impossible.
So, then I procrastinate, which bites me in the arss later on. I'm writing this as I woke today with this big accumulating list of things that need to be done, knowing it wont all get done (again).
I really dont know what adult life would have been like without lyme. So I dont know what normal stress is like with good health, I have nothing to compare to.
I do know a few people whos lives appear to be very simple, healthy and seem to be on top of things getting them done asap like its nothing (wow).
People in the world who sleep perfect and have perfect energy balance have no idea how lucky they are, as this is a big deal to health and life in general.
I often wonder if the 100% healed lymies get all of this back. Those who are not their sole provider (have supporting spouse ect) might have an easier time with this though. Winning the lottery would be good for lymies, I doubt we'd blow it all like some do.
