Buhner Myco/Bart duration?

Having great results so far on Buhner's Core/Bart/Myco. 1 month in and up to full dosage. Finally have gotten twitching to subside. It feels weird to not be twitching! I have become so used to it. Anyways, I'm having some trouble finding around how long these treatments should be taken. Anyone know?

That's great news!! I'm so happy the protocols are helping and it sounds like you're having an easy time with it. I didn't look it up in the book, but I'm thinking a year, too.

KEYLEb, I have been on buhners bart protocol - the L-arginine. Start low and slow trust me! My first introducing I sprung out ahead to fast and had 10 days of pure hell. It took about three weeks for it to kick inn but when it did it wasnt fun. I was under the impression that bart doesnt herx. For me something happened.

I had to stop protocol for a week and I slowly felt better than I ever had. Over the course of the last three months I fell crummy on the protocol. I do notice somethings disappering so thats my hope of getting better. My last symptom is getting rid of this ocd. I have been on full does buhner for the past three weeks and I feel like im on the herx wagon again. I think I may be able to stick this round out this time.

Start slow take it week by week! By the books or ask for some help from these members they have been great to me. If you have the resources see an LLMD. This is not a poor mans illness. I constantly have to problem solve to make up for financial deficit. Lyme doesn't discriminant against any gender,age, finacial, or geo ect. Unfortunately treatment does at this point.

Make sure you are detoxing, using binders, and eating right. Also, focus on what you can do instead of cant do! That has helped me!
