Zoloft?

Last week Monday I went to my first llmd appointment. They want to test for my hormones freeform. They also want to test chlamydia pneumoniae, autoimmune encephalitis panel, some demyelination factors stool samples, and a Armin Labs Lyme test.

In the meantime she prescribed me 25 mg of Zoloft. I told her I'm kind of hesitant on taking it because of some people having horrible side affects. I don't want to make mental things worse by taking it.

Anyone have success with Zoloft? Also I work my way up to a higher dose in the last 3 weeks on buhner protocol for Bart and I'm having lots of inappropriate thoughts. The good news is a lot of head pressure is gone and they anxiety isn't that bad as it has been in the past so I'm hoping I'm getting somewhere. Maybe it's the intrusive thoughts at her and be the last thing to go. But they sure are uncomfortable and they make me feel terrible. I'm kind of concerned that my llmd never heard of the buhner protocol.

I don't know much about anti-anxiety meds, but I would say unless your intrusive thoughts are very bad maybe you are better off not starting anything. I'm really not sure if zoloft is one of them, but some anti-anxiety meds are really hard to get off once you are on them. Probably the strange thoughts are from toxins from the bartonella.

I've had intrusive thoughts and they are really annoying. I like to listen to uplifting music. I find when I'm thinking about the words to a song, I don't start thinking strange thoughts.
