Coffee Enema - day after feeling worse bloodshot eye

Hi,

I just started trying coffee enemas. I did one yesterday and the day before. I am only using 1teaspoon of coffe because I am a bad detoxer and react strongly to detox treatments (I can’t take lipsomal glutathione, epsom salt baths, or take too much Vit C - they all cause deep pain and twitching in my thighs/quads).

My question is has anyone had bloodshot eyes the day after a coffee enema? Half of my right eye is bloodshot and I have a mild headache as well and an increase in brain fog (I didn’t have this reaction after the first enema). Light sensitivity has been one of my worst and most severe symptom so I have eye issues. I should also mention I did take 1/2tsp if activated charcoal 20mins prior to the enema.

I am a poor detoxer too.
Coffee enemas only make me feel better afterwards. I can't imagine that having a coffee enema would stir that much up after all if it is working properly the toxins come straight out.
Have you tried chlorella and coriander for detox? What about methyl folate?
You do sound like you are very sensitive to a lot of things. You can try green tea extract a an alternative for the enemas that works too.
