I feel like giving up

Hi there,

I posted about going through this same thing last week, and people here recommended a break from antibiotics. My doctor supported this suggestion, so I stopped all prescription and herbal antibiotics immediately. It's now day 7, and I was feeling almost normal yesterday. Today I started back up my Cat's Claw/Japanese Knotweed capsules, and I'm feeling a bit loopy. But not really depressed/suicidal or anxious. I've been drinking TONS of lemon water and ACV water, per suggestion of my LLMD, and I think that's helping. Maybe a break from all killing agents would help clear out the toxins?

Just curious if any of you with the hard psych herxes have ever tried Jernigan's Neuro Anti-tox. I haven't tried it yet, but I know some others on the forum have been greatly helped by it. It's supposed to detox ammonia, which is reportedly elevated with Lyme. Not sure if it has the same effect on coinfections. Would like to know if it does.

Although I didn’t have severe psyche issues at the time I tried the Jernigan’s antitox II CNS/PNS - it didn’t help me with the head symptoms I do have unfortunately.

Burbur and Pinella worked early on but seemed to be ineffective after months using it - thats why I switched to Jernigan’s

It's so strange how wer're all so different. I did burbur and pinella for 6 months every day. Didn't do a thing for me.

Just raw garlic bulbs two per day one in am and one in eve. Lauricician is the originals pellets I just got will start soon as someone is around I get real scared trying new stuff lots of reactions.

So sorry you are struggling. I have had some severe depression and anxiety as well bartonella is the culprit of that for me. I use Xanax to help cope as needed and you might try kava tea is good for anxiety. Sometimes I use several bags to make more potent. L-thiene might be worth a shot for depression if you want to go the natural route.
Will say a prayer for you, stay positive. Easier said than done. I’ve been trying to meditate and believe tommorow will be better. Keep searching for solutions. The answer for you is out there.

I too have severe anxiety and then goes into depression. I have had it with every release and I am at my wits end again having it since Aug pretty much 24/7 . Feel like I just have to live life with it. So tired of feeling tired. I do take Cymbalta, ashwaganda, Zinc, Mg, probiotic, Enbrace Hr from the psych which has b's, for methylation, and omega's.Tire of all the supplements, the antibiotics , eating right, so for the pitty party. Trying more meditation with an app, talking to myself that I will be ok and to do everything even though I feel like I can't remember, process, organize, and concentrate on anything. My most concern is the psych issues now. I do get headaches and fatigue but my body doesn't ache anymore like when I first got it. I was never treated for Lyme back 20 years ago.

I was on monolaurin for about 3 moths or more last year, have also taken colloidal silver for Avery long time for my chronic CMV, EBV, I have tried apple cider vinegar of a long tern basis, and do olive leaf too...This is over many years . I don't know what works anymore... haven't felt well since July, was well for about 2 years then relapse, then well for 1 1/2 years, then again Relapse. this has been going on for the last 15-20 years. Sometimes I think I am just an anxious person, depressed person, and dementia is setting in early. Been to Western Id told me everything is ok everybody has EBV, neurologist is now doing tests...of course seeing th LLMD for about he last 10 years.

I kept it up, and was followed by a LLMD for ht last seven years. When I feel well and in a remission I'm good. But the relapse is now shorter and longer as I age . I an 61
