I'm really lucky because it's only cold at night a few days a year, maybe a week or two tops. Other then that it's beautiful when the sun goes down. On the downside though it's routinely 90 to 100 degrees during the day and very humid, so it's hard to be outside long in the summer.

But I'm not using anything like a book or mat. I just like to touch the Earth. It's very spiritual for me to be in nature. I've never heard of mats or sheets or a cord?
On full moon I like to float in the pool under the moon with candles and a pretty essential oil. I find it relaxing. Also, floating at the beach watching the sunset really cleanses my soul
That sounds heavenly Kalymika - not so sure about
floating outside under the moon (it's always chilly up here lol) but maybe I'll have to add a full moon bath ritual.
We do have a beach and I try to walk barefoot there whenever it's above freezing, even with snow about
. I'm always reminding my kids the warning signs of frost nip - it's ok if it tingles but if it stops then you have to worry.
