Updates on Lyme Class Action Lawsuit?

Has anyone heard any updates on the Lyme Class Action Lawsuit? I'm curious if the proceedings are underway.

Failue to diagnose?

I was wondering about something like this! But it worries me that it could make it even more difficult to get diagnosed and have the diagnosis be accepted because now doctors are going to worry about being sued, so they will say that they don't believe this person has Lyme if they don't come back with all 5 or more of those bands the CDC requires, or come up with other ways to deny that someone even has it. Know what I mean?

But isn't that going to get them sued?

The one that's being discussed is for delayed diagnosis..right?
