can you have chronic ebv whitout swollen lymph nodes?

I was told I have reactivated EBV and I do not have swollen lymph nodes.

What are your symptoms? fatigue?

I've had a recurring EBV without swollen nodes or even fatigue.

My labs came back positive for EBV. Was told this is very popular and not to worry. I do not have swollen nodes. I do have extreme fatigue though.
