Does anyone get severe leg pain when changing protocols or herx?

Not me. I haven't had severe leg pain...my upper body is hit harder...

Have you recently changed your protocol?

Yep. Is yours mainly one leg or both? Adding/changing things up can result in a deep ache, or it can even happen randomly with other terrible symptoms. I’m late stage neuro btw

i got severe pain when on rifampin, especially the right leg. I am now off abx and the pain has completely vanished. i know rifampin caused it because i started with a low dose and i only got the pain after it in the morning. then dr asked me to go with two doses per day and i got the pain at night after the second dose too ....

it was that bad i was not able to fall asleep, or it would wake me up at night, around 1-2am, terribe. some sort of deep bone pain. or neurological, god knows what it was....
