so p39 as IgM can be positive. Does your WB tell you what strains were tested ? Afzelii Budgorferi Garinii ?

U have 2 bands that are reactive for IgG but they are not lyme specific as far as i know. Yet the fact u have two, plus p39 as IgM is highly suspicious and may be enough for some LLMDs to try treat u.

Do u have symptoms of any kind ?

I'd contact an LLMD and see if he is willing to treat you. But if u have zero symptoms and do not remember a recent tick bite, then i would not treat. So unless u were bitten recently, if that is the case then you should get treatment since this is your chance to get rid of it before it spreads in your body.

But otherwise, we all want to reach some sort of homeostasis (equilibrium) with the bacteria, where we have minimal/no symptoms and not necessarily eliminate it, since that is not always possible. so if u have no symptoms, just based on a test, i dont think it's a good idea to bombard yourself with antibiotics ...

Hey all, thanks for the replies, symptom wise I've been all over the place the past year. A lot of my symptoms seem to be of neurological in origin, tingling in various parts of the body, lower back pain, pain in the arms, eye pain, nystagmus ,balance issues, ear pain, neck pain, some vestibular issues, a lot of brain fog, nausea, dry heaving, blurry vision, digestive issues, seems like I get winded when I could exercise a lot quicker than usual (like just walking up the stairs would raise my pulse way more than it should). I've had cardiac tests to rule out all of that stuff. The tough part is there's a lot of overlap with my symptoms of other conditions. When the neurologist saw the lyme results, he didnt seem to concerned, he ruled out ms too. Light and sound sensitivity as well I have. I'm pretty limited when it comes to living life right now. Currently cant work/drive/go out. I've had a couple instances in the past year where I was just standing or walking, and all of a sudden my vision was all spotty and i almost felt like i was going to pass out. I've had a lot of emotional issues that stemmed.from all of this. Normally I'd be more inclined to not say all of this was lyme, but my condition has gotten dramatically worse over the past 7 months or so, as compared to before that when I didn't feel great, but was still functional. The developing of new symptoms without doing anything to cause them is what has me concerned that there's something else going on aside from something like all of this just stemming from a vestibual issue or something else alone. And when I researched the bands that were positive on my lyme it gave me cause for concern.
