Do you think fast pulse (76-80... fast for me), and this sensation of a really big pulse that kind of shakes my body so much it keeps me awake... is adjustment symptoms or lingering hyperthyroid symptoms?

Its hard to say since so many thyroid symptoms can overlap with lyme symptoms.

Fast pulse can also be anxiety driven in connection with adrenal glands.

I've had the "big pulse" too, which is different than palpitations (had both). Many people here from the past had variations of the "big pulse". I called it an "ear beat heart beat" since I'd hear and feel my heart beat in my ear while trying to sleep at night. I dont know if that was from thyroid, lyme or a combo of both.

Ah that's very interesting!

Yeah, I'm sure the hyperthyroid state as well as the thyroid adjustment has been hard on my adrenals. And I've been a bit anxious that I've made bad decisions about dosage (not helping!). Maybe if I can relax a bit it will help.

Also in the midst of some lyme die-off.

It feels to me like my body trying to adjust to the thyroid meds more than anything.

Thanks for the thoughts.

I'm just trying to stay in a good headspace now as I head into what I expect will be another difficult night.
