I'm going to post here my daily experiences with this drug.

It's my second infusion of the day. I have a lot of headaches and some joint pain. I've started t feel it at second dossage of 4 gr. I don't know if it's a herx but surelly not an allergic reaction.

This dissease is strange... 20:37 pm i'm feeling like never, but i know that it won't be forever... headache has dessapeared and my tinnitus is lower...

It's early to say that it's working but i never have feel this "free symptoms moments"

Thats great that you have had some relief!! Yes Its incredibly strange, be thankfull for any symptom free moments, just be prepared as it could be the calm before the storm.

Yes, i'm prepared because i know that i'll be suffer strong herxs... it can't be so easy... but i'm happy to have this moments when i feel better, because it means that it's not permanent damage :C

How is your peripheral neuropathy? your fasciculations?

It's better girlie, but i think it has been improving slowly with mino, because yesterday i had less fasciculations and i did my finally dossage of mino.. today it's better, but i want to be prudent.

Where i don't have pain is in my tmj. I have severe osteoarthritis and today it's the first day that i don't feel pain in this point. It could be placebo but i don't think it was...

I'm concerned about beta lactamase resistance but burrascano says that it can be managed with continuous infussions like cefotaxime 3x day or adding a beta lactamase inhibitor.

Since May 2017 but i think lyme was here since august 2015 with mild symptoms, like tinnitus etc...

But when i had the flu like symptoms was in may 2017, stiff neck, panick attacks, joint pain,eye pain etc... i'm not sure when i was bitten

And then it has progressed rapidly... cardiac symptoms x ventricular arrythmias, arthritis, hearing loss, encephalitis....

My hearing is severe damaged. Maybe because i've had strong herx in my inner ear nerves and minocycline is strong here... i hope it will heal

1:51 at night. I've had some ectopic beats... three in a row. I don't know if it's a heart herx.

Can you describe what ectopic beats feel like?

It feels like a heavy bump of blood in my heart and i can feel my erratic heartbeat. I think it's due to coronary vasospasm induced by lyme like a microangina.

Girlie, you have been using biaxin for long time. Before start with claforan i took it for one week mor or less... do you know what's the tissue half life or clari? Is it long like azithro? I want t know it because the mark that i have in my arm is dissapearing but it has happened in this period of biaxin/mino/claforan...

I only used Biaxin for a few months. It's half-life is something like 5-8 hours when taking the 500 mg dose.No, not long like azithromycin.

I’m not sure about the nystatin - is that the pure nystatin from compounding pharmacy?

There’s a website with good information - maybe it’s listef in the NTL thread - I’ll try to find it

2nd day of cefotaxime... all my body vibrate... it's internal vibration... my heart beats faster and i have headaches.... time will tell us if it's a herx.

My llmd told me that i was going to have a severe herx because it's harder than ceftriaxone and have action about persisters.
