Thanks. You may have mentioned this before, but how much herbal support do you use for your adrenal? Is it a high dosage? Also, I believe I read somewhere that Buhner recommends Brazil nuts for selenium. In fact, I think he said only 1 a day when healing from infections. They must have a lot if one is enough.

I asked if you had the 4 pt saliva cortisol test done.

The low T3 maybe a factor...as the thyroid and adrenal function affect each other


I'm assuming it is the FT3? How low is it? Do you have your test results for your last set: TSH, FT3 and FT4?

We have a thyroid savvy member on the forum.

What is your Dr. saying about the low T3?

I used to wake up a few times a night...in a panic...anxiety...sweating...my LLND at the time thought it might be surges of cortisol.
It is much better now....I don't wake up until early morning...and then go back to sleep usually for another hour or two.
What helped me was treating the infections.

But, you should make sure your thyroid is functioning properly.
