Anybody relate?

I used to get that all the time. Now I only do it once in a while when I'm feeling particularly bad. I've gotten rid of it mostly.

It's probably a sign you're killing off something. I know I get that kind of thing really bad when I have the flu.

Yes. I was sick from mold and didn't know it. As my symptoms worsened, I would do the same thing. I remember at work one day my boss saw me doing it. He asked what I was in such deep thought about. I told him I didn't know. It was like I would just mentally check out.

The worst it ever got was around 3 months after getting away from the moldy environments I was in. It was on Christmas Day 2016. I sat on the floor staring out the window just kind of rocking myself, almost catatonic-like. That day was also the first time I had bouts of wanting to die. I believe it was caused from brain inflammation. It got better with time and treatment, but I still have bouts.

Back then when I first noticed the zoning out in space, I was also catching myself talking to myself more and more. It was like I was in my own little world. That greatly reduced with time and treatment, too.

Dealing with this now, during an off pulse period of 3 wks. Have been treating 2 yrs. think it's brain inflammation. I find my neck cracking often coincides. I really think the brain effects are the worst part of these infections
