Anyone else have trouble starting out?

I'm having good results with my remedies; however, enemas are a whole different story.


I've been taking enemas for about a week and 1/2 now. This is my 5th enema.

The first 2 times everything leaked out. Also, the 1st time, the end came off inside me and I was afraid I might have to go to the emergency room to get it out. I called where I got the enema kit, and they said that part was a cover for the end and to throw it away. Would've been nice to have a heads up on that one. I was exhausted. This enema kit doesn't have an end that fits over the hose.

The 3rd time, a lot leaked but some success; feel blocked at the entry; able to hold it for 6 minutes; bloated with gas and belching after.

4th time, feel blocked at the entry; about 6 ounces in at a time; round 2 and 3 went a little better; bloating was less than previous times; still having gas and belching.

This time:
This is my 5th coffee enema.
3:35pm-5:15pm coffee enema; 1st time I've put all the ingredients in the enema
(2 tsp. organic green coffee, 1 capsule milk thistle emptied, 11 drops liquid iodine, 2 Tbsps. liquid chlorophyll, 2 droppers liquid B12, omit the probiotic until I have decent enemas)

about 6 oz at a time or it all comes out; 1st round only stayed in about 3 minutes; round 2 about 8 minutes; round 3, I tried to put the rest of it in, and part of it came out, held it about 13 minutes; whole enema took almost 2 hours; intestine area is kinda sore now; still having gas but not later on in the evening; otherwise, I felt a refreshing feeling upward toward my lungs and a lighter feeling in my head and trunk, and later on driving to the store happiness listening to music (new Taylor Swift song); yea! success, at least for me at this point.

That is all good advice you gave.

I've done most of those. Early on, I watched videos and found the Gerson link and carefully went over it. I do make sure there are no bubbles and gaps in flow of the line. I don't let it completely empty from the line because it will get gaps in the flow like you said. I use organic green coffee from S.A. Wilson. If anyone purchases their enema kit be sure to throw away the blue tip at the end of the line.

I thoroughly rinse it and hang it to dry. (sans disposable tip, yeah) lol

I will start using peroxide, too. Thank you for that tip. I've read that but haven't done it until now.
