Dosages for Buhner herbs

Hi,

does someone know how to dose the Buhner herbs if I take just the powdered herbs (in grams or ounces)? I know for Japanese knotweed he recommends 5 gm powder daily, but I'm unsure about the other herbs like Salvia and Uncaria.

Do you know how to dose extracts instead of powder?

If you mean tinctures the recommended doses for Uncari rhynchopylla is 1 tsp 3 -6 X daily.

Salvia miltiorrhiza and Buhner combines that with Scutellaria baicalensis is 1 tsp 3 X daily.

With herbals you should only start with one ort wo drops at first to see how you react and then begin to build up after a few days if your ok.

Always check for side effects and contradictions.

I'm interested for the powder or extract dosages, because tinctures are to expensive. So I need the dosages for Salvia and both Uncarias.

Sorry about that,I have never used the powdered form.

I would try searching "Traveler's" older posts on that subject or you could go to her forum and ask, she is very knowledgeable about herbals.
