You said that you definitely herx. Dr. Jernigan does not believe anyone should herx or be in pain and has done his best to prevent that from happening with his remedies and protocol. I agree completely with him.
You said you have the same swallowing and breathing problems. I was having anxiety and a bit of panic with not being able to swallow good to the extent that it was affecting my breathing.
I was able to correct this about
75% on the throat and about
95% better feeling intestines/stomach area in 1 day after doing research on what to eat.
I saved a file on this in case I should need it again. Here's what I did:
"Recovery
Day 1
Cook 2 medium, organic red potatoes in water and save the water to sip throughout the day.
No seasoning other than a little apple cider vinegar.
Nothing sauteed or fried. No tomato, onion, or garlic.
Avocado and organic unrefined coconut oil are the only fat today, eaten cool, not warmed.
Ginger tea is also good to sip.
All food is cooked in water or eaten raw.
Eat 1/2 to 1/3 of what you normally eat.
Eat slowly and enjoy your food.
1st meal
1/2 cup organic mashed red potatoes
1 cup lettuce, rinsed (not iceberg)
2 Tbsps. can organic cannellini beans, rinse thoroughly
1. Place lettuce in a bowl and add cooked potatoes and beans.
2. Top with 1/3 avocado mashed, not heated.
3. Pour about
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar on top as seasoning.
Sip on potato water with a little apple cider vinegar added between meals.
Wait at least 2 hours before the next small meal.
2nd meal
1 small baked sweet potato, 1 Tbsp organic unrefined coconut oil (add oil after it has baked)
2 Tbsps. can organic cannellini beans (thoroughly rinse)
1/2 cup broccoli, cooked
1/3 avocado mashed, not heated
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Sip on ginger tea between meals and, potato water ( you can add acv), and warm water at least room temperature (not tap or cold).
After the 2nd meal, my body is comfortable. I'm feeling like a person again.
3rd meal
1 small organic carrot, raw
2 Tbsps organic cannellini beans
1/2 c. lettuce or other vegetable
1/3 avocado mashed on top, not heated
1 Tbsp coconut oil, organic and unrefined
No more food today. That's all.
Still feeling good. This is heaven compared to what I've been going through."
