When I flair or herx it seems that my symptoms are worse by eating. It can be anything doesn't matter what I eat. Even celery causes a Hex/Flair. Is it possible that these toxins get recirculated and absorbed with the food I eat? I been upping my charcoal game.

I did take some cheap OOO last Monday and this is been either the worst flair or herx I have had in awhile. Is OOO a cyst buster? I really cant tell if its a flair or herx yet? I do say June and July have been the best months I have had in a year. I also got up past the max dose of the buhner bart protocol. Maybe its just a delayed herx reaction.

What is OOO?

How is your digestion overall? I hesitate to say never to anything...as long as you are going to the bathroom at least once a day you should be moving toxins out (not to say there aren't any in your body).

Hope some others on here have a bit more to say in regards to this. I had a hard time eating for awhile and would feel worse after eating but that was from ulcers.

Yerba Prima Bentonite Detox (liquid) bentonite clay ( a spoonful of it) would help when i would get these symptoms

If OoO refers to Oil of Oregano, then yes it is totally a cyst buster. I believe latest research has shown it is one of the most effective if not the most effective persister destroyer for lyme. More so than Tindamax.
