At the moment about
to begin oral Glutathione supplementing to aid Mycotoxin detox.
Does anyone have any experience with this supplement or any side effects. I heard that oral glutathione does not work as well as the alternatives but in my area Glutathione (Setria) oral supplement was the option I had.
If anyone has any info that can help it would be appreciated!

I supplement with liposomal glutathione. Found through some testing I was low in glutathione and then found somevgenetic reasons I normally would be low in glutathione. Can't say if specifically benefiting cause have not spent the money to retest but it makes sense it could be beneficial so I try to take it periodically.

hey @commandersorebod - i've had really good luck detoxing from mold with liposomal glutathione and cholestyramine. i use researched nutritionals liposomal glutathione, which is in an MCT oil base and is very expensive...but i find that i run smoother after i've taken a tablespoon.

Two years ago I was put on Readisorb liposomal glutathione 3 tsps every morning on an empty stomach for mold detox. I still take it, but just started taking some breaks so I'm not taking it every single day. It helps but also hurts (herxes).
