Activated charcoal works by trapping toxins and chemicals in the gut, preventing their absorption (2). ... Because activated charcoal is not absorbed by your body, it can carry the toxins bound to its surface out of your body in feces.
That's from healthline.com
Ahh I see, so will any activated charcoal supplement do the trick? It looks fairly affordable in large quantities online so I’m not sure why the Quicksilver Scientific compound is so expensive.
Also, does anything know how the sublingual glutathione sprays compare to the liquid in terms of effectiveness? I just became aware that liposomal glutathione liquids tend to have a very strong taste and odor and often contain flavorings to cover it up, and I’m wary that my mast cells will react to either the smell/odor or the additives as an irritant. I’d like to stay away from mast cell triggers if possible but I also don’t want to sacrifice effectiveness.
