Thanks for taking the time to answer me astroman.
I think you bring very good points, and I thought I'd allow myself to expend a little bit on them. Before doing so (to avoid Too Long Didn't Read post), in short:
about
the protein supplement:
- I basically wanted to make sure that there was no "No no ingredient" in any of them. My knowledge is not that extensive yet, so I thought I'd double check with you guys
- Indeed I thought that the second one was pretty interesting considering the mushroom extract (Cordycept being something recommended for lyme I've read). Add to that fact that I believe it is recommended to not eat "mushrooms", I thought that having the chance to integrate them through supplement was a good idea.
Back to your valuable point:
I understand very well what you are explaining to me..
No longer than 3 months ago (before getting bite), I used to do bodybuilding 6 days a week and eat 6 meals a day.
My weight was 220 pounds, 11% body fat. I'm 6'3.
My weight is now 181 pouds, 8.2% body fat... I can only eat 3 times a day because of crazy pills/supplements/everything schedule.
I'm just worried about
this weight loss. Almost 40 pounds... I really have nothing less to lose right now so it has to stop...
I've been hitting the gym every other day (as recommended by Burrascano),
Of course... I sadly cannot put any real weight on anything or else my joint kills me... so I would tend to agree that I don't necessarily produce enough muscle tears to generate muscle growth.
I just want to halt the melting lol.
I'm taking so many detox products and probiotics... I don't think there's much more improvement to be had in that department...
