Hi guys, you can read my previous posts on my protocol here:

and here:

Protocol:
Atovaquone: 3 tablets morning, 3 evening
Primaquine: 1 tablet morning
Clarithromycin: 1 tablet morning, 1 evening
Eremfat/Rifampin: 2 tablets evening
Pyrazinamid: 1 tablet morning, 2 evening
Tinidazol: 1 tablet morning, 1 evening (16 days on/14 days off)
I'm closing in on 45 days on this, and can't really say that I have made any progress at all. Just a bunch of neurological/burning pains all over including face, fingers, toes and knees. And a lot of yeast. Coating on my tongue have become quite severe. I am trying to get hold of my doc to discuss a 3 abx approach rather than 4, or a whole new protocol. But he will not reply....yet.
Two questions:
-I read many people do a one month on, one month off abx approach. Will it be ok to stop now, and start again in a month? Just to get a break. (maybe continue malarone and atovaquone only in between).
-My protocol from 2014 was Azithromycin (500mg 3x week, Rifampicin 450mg a day, Minocycline 100 mg 2x day, Malarone and Artemesia Annua). This made me symptomfree within a month as I remember. Also had no trouble with yeast on this. Will it be ok to take a longer break and then start this protocol instead?
Thanks!
Tommy
Some thoughts:
Primaquine isn't something I usually see for lyme and co's treatment. Is it for Babesia?
Atovaquone in a pill? Do you mean Malarone?
Atovaquone isn't usually prescribed together with Rifampin. (It can make the Atovaquone less effective)
That is A LOT to take daily....
I'm not sure that one month on, one month off is a good protocol.
I do pulse my meds, but the pattern is usually two weeks on, two weeks off.
