I did the test between LLMD visits on my own and brought results to next visit. I got positive results for lyme, bartonella and babesia.
Recently, I asked her what her opinion was of different lyme tests. She said her reservation of the DNA Connexions test was the fact that I had had a deep tissue massage before collecting the specimen.
She said the deep tissue massage could have just released dead bacteria from the tissue and therefore, not accurately reflect active disease.
That hadn't occurred to me before. Guess I would have thought that when the bacteria died from the treatment, they would have left the body.
Any opinons? Anyone know the science of this?
