Which Japanese Knotweed Powder is the best brand to order from UK?

So I've looked at Stephen Buhners site, and the two Japanese Knotweed capsule brands he recommends both have their sites in the US, and the cost of delivery is £50!!!

Is there another suitable brand out there? Preferably in the powder form? I can't seem to find any info online.

It's really frustrating that he doesn't recommend any powder based brands, just capsule.

Or I'd be willing to take tinctures, whatever is cheaper really, I just need to know the reliable brands.

Hi Samantha, I get all my tinctures from Bristol botanicals, they do the full Buhner range. Where in the UK are you? Are you seeing a llmd or self treating.

Hi, thanks for your reply, I am self treating for now but when I have enough money will see a practitioner, I just want to start so I get used to the herbs

How many teaspoons do you take a day? I was going to start with 1 tsp and work my way up :/

Yes that’s the one. I started really slow like 1-2 drops of each tincture and slowly worked up, I got up to 20 drops of each twice a day but recently due to herxing have decreased to 10 drops once a day, I need to slowly work my way back up.

Have you had any tests for lyme?
