Homeopathy....Yay or Nay?

My LLMD wants me to try the DesBio homeopathic vials for Bartonella. I'm currently treating Babesia with Abx but I'm having, and have had for a long time, clear Bart symptoms. I have actually taken this vial series before but don't remember much about the experience either positively or negatively. Last time I had no idea what the mechanism of the vials were. He told me to take them so I did.

This time I've done some research on homeopathy. I understand the theory of how it works but there seems to be strong mixed opinions on it.

If anybody has any information on homeopathy please share. Personal anecdotes are welcome. Evidence based research is even better. I've done research but I'm still unsure.

A few years ago there was a lyme treatment “low dose immunotherapy”

It is similar to homeopathy except the dilutions were higher - think thousandths instead of hundreds.

I don’t see/hear anyone talking about it anymore .

I have been given homeopathy many times by different naturopaths I have tried. There was in those days no extra charge for it and I took it according to directions.
I dont find it helps me. If it is offered to me I dont take it now. I just don't believe for me it cuts through any of my symptoms.
Last time I refused it the naturopath said it only works for 25% of people and will hardly work well if you have issues with heavy metals and toxins.
So thats my take on it.

I have been on the Des Bio vial treatment for Borrelia/Babesia for 5.5 months. I have improved somewhat compared to before I started, but my doctor has found other things that he believes are suppressing my immune system and hindering fighting off the lyme and babesiosis. For example, after my improvement stagnated, he found giardia, some heavy metals, and some other tick borne diseases. For the giardia, I've been on Des Bio vials for 4 weeks and they have been causing a reaction that should help me be rid of it within 6 weeks.

I did have some severe die off reactions within the first two months of the Borrelia/Babesia vials, so it was doing something for me at least.
